I have completed the NRSWA Training, but am waiting for my certificates and NRSWA street works card?
Once you have completed the NRSWA training course you will receive a city and guilds certificate for each of the units which you have completed. You will also receive a SCOTVEC card, yellow if you have completed the operative training and blue if you have completed the supervisor training.
The city and guilds certificates generally take 6- 8 weeks to be issued to us from city and guilds and then the streetworks card (SCOTVEC card) will take approximately 2 weeks after the certificates.
Once we have received any of your certification we will send it straight out to you first class. If you have completed your training with us we can send you a confirmation letter out to you to say that you have passed and are awaiting your certification.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards,

Hi
I took the supervisors course in December 2020 however I still have not received any certificates or cards, this was arranged by RingwayJacobs at there Armada Way Depot in Becton.
I no longer work for this company and no one seems to know where the certs & cards have gone.
Is it possible to check this and get replacement certs & cards sent to my home address.
Regards
Rob

Hi Rob,
We need a couple of pieces of information to find your booking, I’ll email you for these rather than on our comments. It looks like your company may have booked with a different training company though.
I’ll be able to confirm on email.

Hi once you complete your course do you receive a cover letter with your number on, or is that issued through city and guilds ?
Sam Barton
Hi James,
We send delegates a cover letter confirming they’ve passed, this is usually accepted by employers as they know it can take a while to receive your card.
I hope that helps, if there’s anything else we can help with please let me know.
Kind regards,
Sam

If you booked your course with us you’ll have received a pdf letter saying you’ve passed and waiting your certification. If you haven’t received that or would like another copy please email [email protected].
If you booked elsewhere you could ask your training provider, or you can call streetworks themselves on 0845 270 2720 although I’m not sure if they will give you written confirmation.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

I’m just wondering if my streetworks card has been sent out yet, thank you

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your comment. The NRSWA Streetworks card usually takes around 2 weeks after you have received your city and guilds certificate, which can take around 6-8 weeks to be issued from City and Guilds – the industry training board.
You will be contacted from a member of our customer service team shortly, who will be able to track the status of your streetworks card. In addition, if you would like to speak with a member of staff directly, please call on 0800 0213 263.
I hope I have been able to help.
Kind regards,
Nisha

I didn’t got my street work ticket yet. I’ve done the course 2 years ago.

Hi Nicolae,
If you have completed your NRSWA training with Project Skills Solutions, I would advise you to contact a member from our customer service team on 0800 0213 263. If you had completed your training with another training provider I would advise you to contact them to chase your query.
The City and Guilds certificate usually takes around 6-8 weeks and the Street Works card will then take an additional 2 weeks after you have received your certificate. However, it is important to note the qualification and Street Works card is awarded by NRSWA, the awarding body, hence we have no control on speeding up the process for you to receive them.
I hope I have been able to help.
Kind regards,
Nisha
