HELP! I’ve lost my NRSWA street works card?!
If this is your problem, as long as your card is still in date all that you have to do is phone SCOTVEC (the people who issue the card) and get it reissued. Their number is 0845 270 2720.
Has your card expired?
If you have lost your card but it has expired i.e you have done the course over 5 years ago. You will have to re-sit the full course or whichever units you wish to take. Whether it’s the NRSWA Operative or the NRSWA Supervisor training we offer all unit combination at centres UK wide with course dates running weekly.
If you have lost your card but are unsure when it expired you can also phone SCOTVEC as they will be able to tell you when the card was issued and when it is due to expire.
If you are in the last 6 months of the date on the card or up to 3 months after the expiry date you can complete the NRSWA re assessment training course. We run these courses UK wide, if you phone our friendly training team then you can discuss your options.

Hi Patrick, We do not hold that information but you can contact SWQR on their website to find your NRSWA details https://www.swqr.org.uk/SWQR/Contact. They will also be able to help in ordering a replacement card. This comes at a cost of £22.10. Thank you.

Hi Kieran,
As far as I know, there isn’t a way to see an electronic version of your card.
If you need to prove to an employer you have a card or it’s on its way, you could ask your training provider for a letter saying just that, a lot of employers accept that.

Your best bet would be to call SWQR they may be able to tell you your number using your name and date of birth.

I think a replacement card only (not your certificates) is around £30, you can get that directly from SWQR. Give them a call on 0345 270 2720.

Thank you for your comment. In terms of your query, it is likely for your card to be sent to your boss if your company had booked and/or paid for your course. If you took your NRSWA course with us, I would advise you to contact [email protected] who is from our admin team. Rachael will be able to track when your card was sent out and received.
If your card has been misplaced you can apply for a new one followed by paying a fee via Street Works. Simply click here to find out how you can apply for a replacement card.

Hi Nico,
Thank you for your comment. If you have not received your Streetworks card after completing your course, I would advise you to speak with your company and request for your card. Alternatively, you can contact Streetworks directly and provide them with your details. If you have completed the required course to attain your Streetworks card, you should be able to obtain your card. However you may need to pay for your Streetworks card, if it was paid by your company previously.
